HAWKEYE6000L is an exclusive inspection device for LED PKG that can check the condition of the electrode part Void of the CSP solder for LED and the solder ball between the electrodes using X-ray. For user's convenience, it is made up of table type and consists of 6 axes motion control. Tech Valley's 100% self-developed image software enables measurement and record management. The maximum scanable area is 1,200mmx450mm and the scan rate per point is 1.3 seconds. LED Packaging company and related companies can using this model.
