TVX-IMT160 AXI is equipped with a self-developed image correction lens as an excellent inspection equipment for mass inspection of small precision parts. It is the inspection equipment optimized for the detection of defective disconnection of internal parts pattern of small precision instruments such as smart phone and small IT equipment. Inspection sample is automatically scanned after dedicated magazine loading. It also has a function to automatically take out defective samples after marking when uploading. It is an inspection device with Visual Error Message function and I/O monitoring function.
